WHEN? Use 1-2 times per week, depending on your skin and needs. Use with a little water or cleanser for the face and apply on the body dry before stepping into the shower. Rinse off well and dry skin. If using as a pre-shave, use a very small amount to lift hair from the follicles and rinse off well before shaving.
HOW? Let the product do the job. Do not use force with the exfoliant. Leave on the surface of the skin once applied for a few minutes to allow the AHA to do the chemical exfoliation, then, when you activate the mechanical particles, just use delicate, light pressure to simply move the dead skin cells from the surface of the skin. Rinse well and remove with face cloth, pat skin dry.
